Submit your own Artwork:

Create your own unique decal. In doing so, it is important that you go through the following steps to ensure the best end result.

 

  1. Download the templates here.
  2. Choose a background that approximates the color of the case or choose a contrasting color.
  3. Format the sticker in vector or high resolution (at least 300 dpi at full size).
  4. Still want to see how it works on the suitcase? Go to the design tool and load your design into the case.
  5. Place your order and load your design into the form.

 

*Does your design include individual names? Then be sure to send us a package with the open files, font used, text not outlines and an excel with the names.

 

Delivery specifications:

  • Sticker dimensions: 40 x 27 cm.
  • Always use the templates provided by us to approximate the color of the case.
  • Outline text.
  • Use our templates including the 5mm bleed.
  • Provide a 5mm bleed all around for logos, text, etc.
  • Provide artwork in at least 300 dpi.
  • Thin lines should be at least 0.25 pt, white lines at least 0.5 pt.
  • Use 6 pt. For text.
  • Are you using black in the design? Then format this as Cyan: 0, Magenta: 0, Yellow: 0 and Black: 100 for a full black color.
  • White areas/stripes in a design should not be saved as 'overprint'.
  • Format the artwork in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Save the sticker as a PDF according to the settings as provided with the templates (joboptions).
  • Always save the sticker without a color profile.
  • Does your design have individual names? Please send us an excel with the names with the template you can find at the downloads.

Do you have a request for a quote?

Go to the heading 'request quote' and click on the color and variant (with or without an individual name) of your choice. Here you will see at a glance what the options are for supplying the artwork and the stock currently available. Select the Quantity cases you would like to order, indicate whether you supply the artwork yourself or whether we can do it for you, and enter a delivery address. You will see directly on the page what the total cost is and an indication of the delivery time. You can also choose to download the quote as a PDF for your reference. Please note, when requesting a quote no stock is reserved.

Can we make a design for you? (€ 75,-)

Of course, our studio is ready to create the most beautiful designs for you. All we need from you is an idea for the design, any corporate identity guidelines, the artwork in vector or high resolution image (at least 300 dpi full size), the color of the case and the desire for a general design or one with the names incorporated. You can easily upload all this through the 'request presentation' page. On this page you will find a form where you can enter all data and send the appropriate files along. After request you will receive within 5 working days 3 designs from our studio in a beautiful presentation. You can then look at these (with your client), choose a design and make any corrections. When preparing the design we work standard with 2 rounds, a first proposal and a round for possible corrections. After that we charge the regular studio rate of € xx,- per hour.

Do you have an interesting lead that you want to preview quickly? You can! Use our design tool to quickly and easily create a sketch for a design. You can do this by creating the sticker according to the guidelines and load it in its entirety into the preview tool. Or you can use the individual elements to create a proposal and download it to share with your customer. Are you able to elaborate this design yourself afterwards, fine! If not, our studio can convert the design to a print-ready file for you via 'request presentation'. Send us the various elements of the design, font and any colors along with the high-resolution artwork and we will take care of the rest. In doing so, we not only ensure that the design is replicated but we check all elements for usability and make sure that the whole thing flows into a high-resolution print file.
