  8. Other personal data actively provided by customers;
  9. Information about activities on the Suitsuit International B.V. website;

ARTICLE 3: RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA

Suitsuit International B.V. does not retain personal data longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected.

 

ARTICLE 4: SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES  

Suitsuit International B.V. only shares personal data with third parties if necessary to execute the agreement with the customer or to comply with legal obligations. 

Suitsuit International B.V. may engage third-party services to process customer data in line with this privacy policy. These third parties act as data processors for Suitsuit International B.V., and Suitsuit International B.V. ensures they provide adequate guarantees regarding technical and organisational security measures. Third parties acting as processors for Suitsuit International B.V. have entered into a data processing agreement, which includes a requirement to only process personal data under the instructions of Suitsuit International B.V. 

For any other circumstances, Suitsuit International B.V. will only share data with third parties with the customer’s prior consent, when legally required, or when it deems necessary to protect its own interests. 

 

ARTICLE 5: COOKIES

Suitsuit International B.V. uses cookies that do not infringe on customer privacy. These cookies ensure the proper functioning of the website. 

Customers can disable cookies by configuring their internet browser to stop storing cookies. Additionally, any information stored can be deleted via browser settings. 

 

ARTICLE 6: ACCESSING, MODIFYING OR DELETING DATA 

Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. This can be done by contacting Suitsuit International B.V.'s customer service at customercare@suitsuit.com. 

Upon request, customer service will amend, supplement, or delete personal data and confirm the changes to the customer. When data is deleted, all customer records will be removed from Suitsuit International B.V.'s database. 

Customers have the right to withdraw their consent for data processing or object to the processing of their personal data by Suitsuit International B.V. 

Customers retain the right to data portability and may request that Suitsuit International B.V. send their personal data at any time. 

Suitsuit International B.V. may reasonably charge for the costs incurred in fulfilling such requests. 

 

ARTICLE 7: SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA 

Suitsuit International B.V. takes the protection of personal data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised alteration. If customers suspect their data is not adequately secured or there are signs of misuse, they should contact customer service. 

If a customer believes that Suitsuit International B.V. has not processed their personal data correctly, they have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ The Hague, Netherlands (https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).


ARTICLE 8: DATA USE BY GOOGLE
